Buccellati’s Century-Long History of Beauty and Elegance

Since its establishment in Milan in 1919 by Mario Buccellati, a jeweler’s apprentice, the globally known Italian Maison has perfected its unique goldsmithing techniques and now, for more than a century, Buccellati creations and jewelry have been a symbol of incomparable beauty and quality.

With a distinguished clientele that included the renowned dandy and poet Gabriele D'Annunzio, the royal families of Italy, Spain, and Egypt, the Pope and cardinals of Rome, as well as international celebrities, Buccellati swiftly rose to become one of Italy's most renowned jewelers. Buccellati has cultivated a distinct stylistic identity over four generations by fusing traditional handcraftsmanship with contemporary innovation. The house crafts innovative jewels and objets d'art with a rich textural quality, reflecting styles from ancient Greece to the Italian Renaissance, using its characteristic engraving and chiseling techniques in precious metals set with dazzling gemstones for a fascinating effect.

Buccellati, among collections such as the High Jewelry one and the Bride one, presents a particularly interesting one which has a strong connection to the house’s past. This refers to the Historical collection.
