Why are we still following fashion trends in 2022 ?
What is a trend ? And why does the woman who pursues her freedom continue to limit herself to what is dictated to her by the fashion industry ? Here is a brief explanation.

We are attracted to the new and the innovative, to things that give a feeling of change and perhaps even progress. We also want to belong, to be part of something recognizable, and there is no more obvious way to show this than through clothes. A new outfit that fits what the magazines and advertisements are promoting can be really nice to buy and wear. It can give you a new identity, if only for one night.
And not to denigrate that fact, but to make sense of what women today continue to do; which is to look at the influencers, the fashion shows, and who then head to the nearest stores, without thinking how much it costs, whether it's worth it, and whether it's really a desired item. So it means that we want some freedom in our lives: in work, with children, etc., but with our clothes we have to resort to accepting the standards imposed by society. All girls, we do that, me first. We say we have found our style, the one that makes us feel good, beautiful and confident, then the new season comes and we find ourselves in the middle of nowhere again, thinking, "but I don't have anything to wear anymore," or "everything I have doesn't work anymore." So, is it us who don't know how to carry on the clothes we already own? Or is it the fashion industry that makes us think that punctually we have to change, the classic "renew or die"?
There is no correct answer, it is not forbidden to go out on Friday night with an outfit and put it back on, there are so many ways to re-style it different ways, or go to work on Thursday with the same skirt you went out with on Wednesday night for happy hour.
Each time will be unique; not everyone will always remember when it was the time you wore that outfit. Therefore, my advice would be to make a list of basic garments that serve as the basis for thousands of new looks. Your own capsule collection.
